For my Attic Room, I was going for an uneasy and unsettling setting. I attempted to do this by decorating the Attic with as much casual props as Possible, later chucking in more odd and out of place items (Rope, Paintings etc) that tell a small story, with the viewer being able to see multiple stories behind the room (depending on who they are).
I also attempted this via the Lighting of the room, with the moon illuminating the middle of the room, the static and dead Tv lighting the front wall and objects, and a lamp accompanied by a mysterious and unseen light in the corner of the room, which illuminates the rest. Adding the Mysterious light made this Attic Scene perfect in my opinion, as it draws your attention straight away, being the brightest part of the room.
